W Atlanta Buckhead: The NotWedding

After participating in the 7th Atlanta NotWedding, we were so excited when we were chosen again to be a part of the 8th. Today, we are recapping our latest NotWedding at the W Buckhead, as featured on RuffledBlog.

I loved the board for this event, made by my friend Ashley McHugh, a super talented calligrapher/stationer and the Creative Director at The NotWedding. It's so fun to see how all the vendors pull inspiration from the board to make the event happen. Check it out! (Emerald green and sparkles are kinda my favorite.)

We got to design two of the most central elements of the event: the ceremony backdrop and head table. Eek, exciting! Thanks so much to our contributors for bringing the look together:

Nuage Designs for the amazing emerald green sequin linen

Luminari Candles for the gorgeous candle display

Lindsay Coletta for the lovely florals

Jenkins Rose for the sweet menu cards

Unlimited Party Rentals for the chairs, chargers and napkins

The Vintage Chicks for the prettiest wine glasses and china

Kate Aspen for the perfect place card holders

Liddabits for the "Bride" and "Groom" signs

Event Drapery for the stunning ceremony backdrop

Miss Milly's for the vintage hanging candelabras

Now for some pics by Katey Penton! First, we start off with a gorgeous invitation suite from the wedding branding extraordinaires at Mia Maria Design. Then, you'll get to see our couple, Eric and Jamie, dressed in style. The bride's gown is from Adore Bridal Boutique and the groom's getup is from The Modern Gent. The unique bouquets were created by Holland Daze.

Here are a few more of our favorite photos from the fabulous Melissa Prosser:

Hope you are inspired to do something bold and glamorous for your own wedding! Happy Planning!
